You can delete your Dominion City Warri HQ account at any time. Deleting your account does not remove you from the church family — it removes your data from the app.
In the app
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings & Notifications.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out immediately.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will verify and action it.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Why giving records are kept. They are financial records the church is required to retain for accounting and audit. After deletion they are no longer linked to your name, email or phone — they remain only as transaction entries in the church's books.
How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few days. Backups containing your data are cycled out within 30 days of deletion.
